It began with my father.
In June 2011, my father — dying of cancer at just fifty — wrote me his wisdom with a shaking hand, because I'd asked him for it while there was still time.
He passed eight weeks later. I've kept his letter close ever since — but I've never stopped wishing I'd asked sooner, asked for more, and captured everything he knew before it was gone.
The values behind this project are his: give it away, take care of the people you love, stay humble, and be happy in what you do. I Need Wisdom is my answer to that wish — to sit with people while there's still time, and make sure their wisdom outlives them.
July 2026: this story just gained a chapter we never saw coming →
“Remember above all: it's God's money and God's world — we're only here a little while to enjoy it.”
